Michael J. Sikora III (“Mike”)

Mike has appeared in most of the common pleas courts in Ohio, Federal Court in the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and The Ohio Supreme Court. Mike graduated from Capital University Law School magna cum laude, where he was Moot Court Champion, Chief Justice of the Moot Court Board, and was published in the Law Review. Mike graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, as a Finance Major. Mike previously worked for a real estate boutique law firm, a litigation boutique firm, and a statewide corporate defense firm. Prior to attending law school, Mike worked for Andersen Consulting, Pizzuti Realty, and Buckeye Real Estate Property Management. Mike was chosen as an Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2005, 2006, 2007, 2011, and 2012. Mike was also named one of Crain’s Cleveland Business Forty Under Forty Award Recipients in 2011. Mike is the immediate Past President of the Ohio Land Title Association, former Chair of the Ohio Land Title Association Education Committee (4 years), former Chair of the Education Committee and Trustee of the Northern Ohio Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (3 years), and member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. Mike is also a licensed title insurance agent and real estate salesperson (inactive status). He has written numerous articles and given many presentations on subjects of interest to the real estate industry. He is also a contributing author to Baldwin's Ohio Practice Ohio Real Estate Law. His background in real estate and passion for litigation makes him well-suited to handle disputes for real estate companies.

Richard T. Craven ("Rick")

Rick is the Managing Attorney of Sikora Law’s Central Ohio Office located in Columbus. Rick prides himself on finding cost-effective solutions for the firm’s clients. He has significant experience handling adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court. Prior to joining Sikora Law, Rick worked at a boutique litigation firm in Columbus, Ohio where he handled high-exposure cases that went to trial. His prior experience also includes a judicial clerkship with the Seventh District Court of Appeals. Rick has been licensed to practice law in Ohio since 2007. He obtained his law degree magna cum laude from Capital University Law School, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration magna cum laude from The Ohio State University.

J. Kyle Guthrie ("Kyle")

Kyle is the Lead Attorney in the Michigan Office of Sikora Law. He has over 10 years of legal experience during which he spent most of that time focusing on title litigation and other real estate litigation, including litigating matters throughout Michigan’s state courts and the bankruptcy courts of Michigan. Kyle is also skilled at handling collection matters. Before entering private practice, Kyle served as a Research Attorney for Honorable Stanley Latreille in the 44th Circuit Court. Kyle graduated in the top 10% of his class, magna cum laude, from Cooley Law School, where he received multiple awards and honors. Since 2003, Kyle has served as an Adjunct Professor of Legal Writing at Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

Joni Todd

Joni is an Associate based in the Northern Ohio Office of Sikora Law. She has over 7 years of litigation experience handling complex commercial litigation and title insurance matters. Prior to joining Sikora Law, Joni worked in the Litigation Department of a large regional law firm based in Cleveland, Ohio. Joni obtained an Associates of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Cleveland State University and her law degree, summa cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. In law school, Joni served as the Managing Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review. Joni was named a Rising Star in the 2010 and 2012 editions of Ohio Super Lawyers.

MacAllister West ("Callie")

Callie is an Associate based in Sikora Law’s Northern Ohio Office. She graduated from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law magna cum laude, where she received numerous awards for her brief writing and oral advocacy skills at intra-law school and national moot court competitions. During law school, Callie served as a Judicial Extern at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Prior to joining Sikora Law, Callie worked as an Associate in the Litigation Department of a large regionally based law firm. Callie is a graduate of Laurel School located in Cleveland and obtained her Bachelor of Arts in English in 3 ½ years from Earlham College.

Dorothy Craft

Dorothy is an Assistant at Sikora Law. She is based in Sikora Law’s Central Ohio Office. Dorothy has over twenty years experience as Legal Secretary. She has worked for small and large law firms in both Ohio and North Carolina. Prior to joining Sikora Law, Dorothy worked in the Columbus office of a large Columbus law firm for over six years.

Caroline Griffith

Caroline is an Assistant at Sikora Law. She is based in our Northern Ohio Office. Caroline has over 9 years of legal experience working for several law firms in the Cleveland area. Prior to her involvement in the legal profession, Caroline worked in the banking industry and also was a co-owner of a small software company. Caroline was born and raised in Manchester, England and moved to the United States in 1999. Currently, Caroline resides in an eastern suburb of Cleveland.

Julie Herbert

Julie is an Assistant at Sikora Law with over sixteen years of experience serving as an Assistant and Secretary for various law firms in Northeast Ohio and throughout the country. Julie has an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Ohio University. Julie also obtained her Certification in Business Management from Lakeland Community College. Julie is based in Sikora Law's Northern Ohio Office.

Maria Angotti

Maria is the Director of Financial Management based in our Northern Ohio Office. Maria is responsible for all of the financial operations of Sikora Law, including preparation of financial statements, accounts payables and receivables, client invoicing, and payroll. She has over 15 years accounting experience and has worked previously with other law firms and small businesses. Maria obtained her degree from Miami University of Ohio.

Alison D.P. Sikora

Alison is the Director of Human Resources for Sikora Law based in the Northern Ohio Office. She is responsible for employee orientation and training; policy development and documentation; and compensation and benefits administration. She obtained her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Capital University Law School, and Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Bowling Green State University.
